Bill Hawley, Fire Chief , City of Allen

Bill Hawley became the City of Allen’s Fire Chief on July 29, 2002. Chief Hawley leads the activities of the fire department including emergency operations, prevention and administration. He has served in fire departments for thirty years, including six years as the Deputy Fire Chief in Addison, Texas and ten years with the Plano Fire Department. He holds a Master Degree of Public Administration from the University of North Texas and has completed the Harvard University Senior Executives in State and Local Government Program
