James J. Stokes, City Manager, City of Deer Park

James J. Stokes became City Manager of Deer Park in April 2010, having previously served in four other Texas municipalities.  He is active in his community where he is President of the Deer Park Rotary Club, a volunteer with the Deer Park Fireballs Special Olympics Team, and a member of the Deer Park Church of Christ.  His favorite pastimes include running and vacationing with his family.  He has been married for 23 year to his beautiful wife, Erin Stokes, and they have four children ages 12 – 17.
