Matthew C.G. Boyle, Partner, Boyle & Lowry, L.L.P.

Matthew Boyle is a partner with Boyle & Lowry, LLP. In his 20^th year of practice, Matthew’s practice is focused solely on municipal and government law. Matthew currently serves as the Town Attorney for the Towns of Argyle and Highland Park. In addition, Matthew serves as deputy counsel to the firm’s other municipal clients including the cities of Bedford, Grapevine, Hurst, Keller, Lone Star, Mount Vernon, Ponder, Westlake, and Westover Hills. By accident or shear necessity Matthew’s practice has developed a strong concentration on human resources and personnel issues. Matthew’s experience has shown that the myriad of statutory, constitutional, and regulatory hurdles which impact HR issues are only made more challenging given the conduct of and creative mischief by governmental employees.
