Pat Dowling, Claims Management Specialist, TML Intergovernmental Risk Pool

Pat Dowling is a Claims Management Specialist in the Workers Compensation Department of TMLIRP.  He manages claims in the South Texas part for the state with our offices in Harlingen and Corpus Christi and oversees ongoing death benefits statewide.   He has been with the TML Pool for 27 years and is a Graduate of Texas A&M University.
