Randy Garza, Loss Prevention Representative, TML Intergovernmental Risk Pool

Randy Garza began his career working in municipal government in 1995.  He has extensive experience working in the areas of Risk Management, Safety/Loss Prevention, and Public Works operations.  He has served as a Loss Prevention Representative with the Risk Pool since January 1999.  In 2016, he was promoted to a Senior Loss Prevention Representative.  Mr. Garza holds an Associate in Applied Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health Technology from Del Mar College in Corpus Christi, Texas; a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Texas A&M University – Kingsville; and a Master of Public Administration degree in Urban Management from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas.
