Rich Hollensed,  Member Services Manager, TML Intergovernmental Risk Pool

Rich Hollensed has been serving political subdivisions as a Member Services Manager with TMLIRP for the past 2 years.  Prior to working for TMLIRP, Rich had 22 years of local government experience as a Human Resources and Police/Fire Civil Service Director for the City of Denison, TX. Rich has a BA Degree in Human Resources Management from Saint Leo University. He has also earned a Certified Public Management (CPM) certification from the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA).
