Rodney Wallican, Director of Human Resources, City of The Colony

Rodney Wallican is currently the HR Director for the City of The Colony and have held that post for 2.5 years.  Prior to that I was an HR Manager for DHL.  I have over 10 years of HR experience overall.  Educationally, I completed my Bachelors in HR Manaement at Winona State University and a Masters in HR Management at the University of Texas at Arlington.
